Keating Law Firm, LLC

Text Message Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Consent is not a condition of representation. Agreeing to receive text messages is entirely optional and is never required to receive a consultation, retain Keating Law Firm, LLC, or receive legal services. Declining has no effect on your case.

1. Program description

Keating Law Firm, LLC sends transactional text messages to individuals who have voluntarily opted in. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, rescheduling, and case-status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How to opt in

You opt in only by submitting the consent form at keatingphone.com/sms-consent with the consent box checked. The consent box is unchecked by default and the form can be submitted without it, in which case no consent is recorded and you are not enrolled.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your matter and scheduled appointments.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Keating Law Firm, LLC does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Opting out has no effect on your representation or your relationship with the firm. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling (856) 519-5011 or emailing ckeating@keatinglawfirmllc.com.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (856) 519-5011.

7. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. No legal advice by text

Text messages are for scheduling and status updates only. They are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be used to send time-sensitive or confidential information. Do not rely on a text message to meet any deadline.

10. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
