Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for their own purposes, and are never used for third-party marketing. This applies to all information collected through the text message opt-in form.

What we collect

Your name, if you choose to provide it.
Your mobile phone number.
Whether you consented to text messages, and the date and time you did so.
The messages exchanged between you and the firm.

Why we collect it

Solely to communicate with you about your matter: appointment confirmations and reminders, intake follow-ups, rescheduling, and case-status updates. We keep a record of your consent because we are required to be able to demonstrate it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to deliver them. Those providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for third-party marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or court order.

How long we keep it

We retain communications for as long as needed for the representation and for the period required by our professional and recordkeeping obligations, after which they are securely disposed of.

Your choices

Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of representation. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may also ask us to delete your mobile number from our messaging list by calling (856) 519-5011.

Confidentiality

Text messages are used for scheduling and status updates only. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information by text. Nothing in this policy limits the firm's professional duty of confidentiality to its clients.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or a mobile network is completely secure.

Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
